  1. Processing Time: Our team will process your order within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed after business hours or during weekends/holidays will be processed on the following business day.

  2. Shipping Options: We offer various shipping options to meet your needs. The available shipping methods will be displayed at the checkout. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination.

  3. Shipping Rates: We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $10 for all eligible orders within our specified shipping zones. This flat rate applies regardless of the size, weight, or destination of the package. Please note that this flat rate is subject to change at our discretion, but any changes will be clearly communicated before you make a purchase.

  4. Delivery Times: Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination. Please refer to the estimated delivery times provided at the checkout for your selected shipping method. Please note that delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.

  5. Shipping Restrictions: We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We are also unable to ship to certain international destinations due to restrictions or limitations imposed by the destination country. If you have any questions about shipping restrictions, please contact us before placing your order.

  6. Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

  7. Delivery Issues: If there are any issues with the delivery of your order, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

  8. International Orders: Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost.

Returns Policy

Returns

We strive to provide high-quality products and exceptional customer service. As such, we stand behind our products and offer returns only in the event of damage during shipping. All sales are final. We do not accept returns for any other reason, including but not limited to changes in preference, sizing issues, or buyer’s remorse.

Returns for Damaged Products:
In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

To initiate a return for a damaged product, please provide the following information:

  • Order Number

  • Product Name

  • Description of the damage

  • Photos of the damage

  • Your contact information

Once we receive your request, we will assess the damage and provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the return.

If the product is deemed to be damaged due to shipping, we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label to return the product to us. We will either replace the damaged product or provide a full refund, depending on your preference.

If the damage is due to improper handling or usage by the customer, the return will not be accepted.
